GPT Reviews: CashNinjas
Posted on February 6th, 2008 by Jim under GPT Reviews
Relatively new to the GPT industry, CashNinjas.com has experienced insanely fast growth to become one of the better bargains around. There is nothing about this website that excites me, but there are also relatively few bad spots. Although CashNinjas.com has only paid out $5,500 at the time of this post, I have received payment and I give them the green light.
The Net Fool gives CashNinjas a 3-out-of-5 rating
A three-star rating? Don’t get me wrong, this is a fantastic website. It is shiftcode… but the best part is that you can’t even tell! This is the most overhauled design I have ever seen work with the payment system, so more power to the designers. But shiftcode websites are
frowned upon because of the generic ads and approval system. CashNinjas doesn’t blow me out of the water, but they know what they are doing.
My favorite part about CashNinjas is their design. Very creative theme and easy on the eyes. The layout somewhat makes up for the lack of a contest/incentive on the website to help making the money less dull. All of the offers are very well laid out and they let you know straight up how much money can potentially be earned. The only problem I have with the interface itself is that there seem to be TOO MANY links. I got bogged down immediately in terminology that I did not understand when looking at the 3 separate links for referrals, 5+ links to contact the owners and account options up to wazoo! I feel like this website will go over your head… simplification is definitely needed.
CashNinjas.com has one very bright spot, payment options. They charge small transfer fees for making withdrawals via check ($0.75) or the standard $2 processing fee on all gift cards. They offer four methods of payment! The former, as well as PayPal and e-Gold. I have never seen e-gold as an option on a GPT website and really like that notion. Last but definitely not least, there is no minimum for cashout… they brag that you can cashout at “even one dollar!”
The “No Credit” form on CashNinjas.com seems to be an excellent way to get credit on un-approved offers you may have completed. Most GPT websites offer no such service, and although I have heard reports that the response time is poor… the “no credit” request form is a plus in my book. There are many ways to get in contact with the website’s management… too many in fact. But hey, they are friendly and helpful… just what we want.
The offers on CashNinjas.com are typically added through shiftcode’s system. This acts as a limitation to expansion in my eyes, so I am a bit upset that such a promising look is dominated by a script. Yet I cannot make exceptions to the rules, CashNinjas.com is a relatively small and uncertain website in the GPT stratosphere. I can confirm that they will pay you, but I cannot confirm that they will remain active in the industry, although I project they will.
The CashNinja’s credit-based system (ninjastars) is creative, but lacking. After experimenting with the system, I found it largely ineffective and outdated. It seems too far attached from the maim website for my tastes, if they tied it more strongly to the website’s design, the NinjaStar system would surely make a better showing.
In conclusion, CashNinja.com is a fantastic start-up, but they only received a 3/5 based on their shiftcode backend, excessive linking and lack of competitive and interesting contests. The forum is a great feature, as is the blog page, but these seem to be ill-attended by other clients. In all, I like the management, I like the growth prospects and payment options, and I trust this website. They could have done a bit better.
