BetUS.com Sportsbook Review
Posted on February 1st, 2008 by Jim under Sportsbook Reviews
With titles such as “America’s #1 Sportsbook” and “The Biggest Bonuses in the Business,” BetUS.com is an old and respected sportsbook/online casino that has taken the industry by storm as of late. I simply love this website, and you CANNOT beat their amazing bonuses like 50% back on your first deposit and a 100% deposit bonus in the casino. If you are looking for an easy to use sportsbook that gives you an edge with bonuses, look for BetUS.com
With an unrivaled 145% in bonuses offered, BetUS.com is the market leader for getting the best value available. Typical online bet makers look for services like that of BetUS to deliver the greatest probability of coming out on top. Current offers include: 50% sign up bonus, 50% re-up bonus, 10% casino chip bonus, 25% new referral bonus and 100% casino bonus…WOW.
I thought I saw value in these other sportsbooks, but BetUS seems to blow them out of the water by offering 50%+ cash back on almost every deposit you will ever make.
The design and functionality of the BetUS.com website are definitely above average. I like the clean and professional style, but I actually prefer a darker setting like that of Bodog or Sportsbook.com for a sportsbook. Still, nothing against the functionality because it is very easy to use… even better than Bodog or Sportsbook.com. Navigation is obvious, so there shouldn’t be any problems with registering. There is support chat available around the clock, I called them and they seemed average. I suppose they don’t pride themselves on service.
As far back as 2003 BetUS.com’s partner websites like BetReduction and SportsGambling have racked up complaints from slow payouts to
tricking customers into signing up by mirroring more reputable websites. This is not admirable, but BetUS.com seems to be trying to erase this shameful history by making good on bonuses and payments as of late. Customer retention rates seem to be low on the priority list, so you may want to take a look at their policies before you sign up. According to sportsgamblingreview.com, “betters are strongly urged to stay away from BetUS and any operation owned by Little Nasa.” I trust them more than these naysayers, but the mixed response is something to be aware of.
Now then, payouts and deposits… one of the more important aspects of any website. BetUS.com comes in with the best here, as it is very easy to make transactions quickly and efficiently. The main deposit method is credit card. Both Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and you can make payments through the web or over the telephone. In addition to credit cards, you can issue a direct bank wire, money
transfer or a check. On the other side of the coin, there are two methods to get your money from your account. You can order a check sent to your home address or you can directly wire proceeds to your bank account. View their payout structure here.
Overall, BetUS.com looks very promising and has amazing bonuses that simply aren’t matched anywhere else. However, there have been many registered complaints against BetUS and its surrounding partners. Most of these are from 2005 and before, but there is still reason for concern. If you want a website specializing in bonuses with a clean and professional design for ease-of-use and a claim on fast payouts, check out BetUS!

How much is BetUS.com paying you? Going on 42 days from a payout request and haven’t seen a thing. Customer service is always friendly, but keeps telling me that it sohuld be “the next day” and “the next day” and “the next day” to see my wire come through! Liars! Charged $60.00 for this wire transfer as well! What a joke of an operation.
If this is an example of BetUS.com’s “fast payout” than I need to get into the off shore casino business.
Again, I want to reiterate that I have had payment from BetUS.com relatively quickly. I do state that other customers have had problems with the service, but I have had a good experience personally.
As far as their problems go, I cannot speak for the public here. In my experience, they have demonstrated a changed attitude in my opinion.
Did you get a check? I just got one. How long did it take to clear? Thanks
I didnt find BetUS.com a very reliable website myself . I tend to gamble a bit and tried BetUS a couple of years ago and they were awful.I won about $2500 in profit and could never get paid .So I always said I would talk bad about them as much as possible in the future.Sorry it had to be on your blog : )
I want to encourage posts like yours actually Eric! I am not trying to have biased information stored here. If you read my last paragraph, I talk about how it worked for me, but the amount of complains are a reason to be concerned. Comments like yours are great because we are getting a better picture of how their program works and whether or not people should be using them
Are you guys all betting within U.S? If you live in CA can you easily bet with betus and get a payout? I understand BetUs is slow with the payout, but I just want to know if betting from CA is doable and legal or not?
BetUs is a joke. $700 in deposits, $5100+ worth the action, AND they are fighting my withdrawal. DO NOT BET THIS SITE. They have lost thier commision from the KGC, and are reputed to be going under…
Find a bookie in your knack of the woods.
I also had a problem with Betus.com $50.00 charge for a check or a bank wire…And to get your check you have to send them a copy of your drivers lic. and the credit card you used front and back, faxed it to them let’s see what happens I guess…Also kinda strange when you call them you have to give them your account # and password!?!?! What good is that does the person at betus.com take the money for them selfs?
P.S. Do not use your free money if you do you will have to risk $150.00 of your own money on there site to even think about a request for your check!I just say place your bets at a casino if your going to do any bets. That $50.00 charge betus.com charges blows and then have a hassle trying to get a check…wow Its crazy they take the deposit instant but they can’t deposit instate…
WTF
Stay far away from sportsbook.com. I requested a withdrawl oin July, received a check and it bounced. Requested another, got it 4 months later and it bounced. Believe me stay far away from sportsbook.com or you will get ripped off
The blackjack on this site is fixed, use them to bet games but stay away from the casino unless you want to give away money. IT’S FIXED
The parlay odds for the Nov and dec games were almost always a rippoff. 3 straight up bets on college games (which I would have won) just disappeared and were never able to be found by cust svs…Bonus was never paid (and bonus does not count casino action-just sports).
STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
also avoid BODOG.com tehy do the same on black jack, I also find that their so called random is not random,, they are a scam in many ways. you can win $1 bets but press bets up a few times and wham they take it all in,,
The poker room is not random either,,it is selective winning as they move cards around,,its all about building pots to take your cash with big pots=big rake for the house,
Just thought I’d give a little insight with so-called ‘fixed’ poker rooms. Most major poker rooms share the same servers. On a sit down table, the guy on the right of you could be on pokerstars, the guy on the left could be from betus, the guy in front of you could be on fulltilt. This makes it so many tables are also open to play with. These sites only make money if the player wins hands and makes the house it’s rake. So that being said, losing players costs the company money from transaction fees, services, and transferring funds to the winning sites, etc…. so fixing it so you’re set to lose would just be financial suicide. I’ve programmed and designed a few of these sites, so I know how they function.
Stay away from Betus! They do not explain anything up front and make up rules which are not posted. If you take the Bonus they will require more than 10X that amount in action and then will charge $50.00 to send your money. They also make you fax in a copy of both sides of your credit card and DL and ask for your password when you call in. I have $460.00 which they refuse to send until I bet another $400.00 to meet their rollover requirement.
I had a fairly positive experience with betus. I recieved my payoutabout 3 weeks after requesting it though I think that the 50 dollar charge is bullshit. I bet on a ton of games so the rollover wasnt really an issue for me. As for the casino, it is definitely rigged. I got some money in casino chips and was playing three hand blackjack. Over about 100-200 hands, the house got 9 blackjacks and I only recieved 2 which is really weird considering that each hand I hand 3 opportunities against the house’s one. So stay faraway from the casino but I dont have a problem with the sportsbetting aspect of the site.
Betus is the worst of the worst. Stay Well clear off. I have used bodog and sbgglobal, and never had to pay a cent to get my money. This place charges a fortune to get your money. It is a real gamble to use these crooks.
I just wanted to state that I’ve been betting through betus for about six months and I get paid everytime I request a payout. I called my account manager monday and requested $5,000. They charged me the max withdrawl fee of $50 and my money was in my account on wedsday. I recommend betus. When I request payout its like clockwork. If you request a check it’ll take like a week or so but you’ll get it.
A week my ass. Try 2 months.
The withdrawl fee is only 1% of what your asking for and $50 is the max. I seen someone said they got charged $60 so they lying. I got it set up to where once I request a payout via bank wire my account manager call me once they’ve released the funds from my account. The funds release from your account after the request go through their accounting department(implies legit). If you provide the proof that you are who you say you are and that the debit or credit card youre using is actuallly yours the payout process will go smoothly!!!!! I’ve probably recieved like over $15,000 from them without any hassle so no complaints here. Hell their # is even saved in my phone!!!! lol
I used BetUs 2 years ago and had a similar experience, it was next to impossible to get a payout til I gave up and bet it all away. I also never received my deposit bonus. However, I just put in another deposit today and was matched 100%! And I received it in my account within a few minutes. I do have to have a 6x rollover, but the payout fee is now just $25. It seems to me that they have made strides to improve but we will find out for sure when it comes time to cashout.
DO NOT sign up with them. They call me several times a day and are like “hey rick, its mike, who do you like for the game tonight?” I tell them not to call anymore and yet they continue.
I just signed up with Betus.com yesterday. I was joking with my friend about if I could make around 300 bucks I would be happy. Well I did on blackjack that everyone warns to stay away from, but I have a unorthodox style. Any ways. I decided I wanted a payout. Well the process seems kinda shady but I never used online betting before. They want copies of front and back of the card I used to start account and my DL like previously stated by others. Has any one dont this method and actually got paid out with out any problems? Also the 25 fee for bank wire isn’t great but I am willing to hit but I have read about the bank charging another 15 or so to do it, Is that true?
Stay away! You can not get your money out, and they will give you every excuse to not release it.
The guy that I talked to actually gave me the excuse, “Like everything on the internet, you checked a little box that said you agreed to all of this.” Seriously!?!?
All I can say is that I’m glad I only put $100 in to test it out.
Please don’t put anything with these guys – they are located off-shore and have no laws they need to operate under.
so you put your hard earned money into something, skipped over the explanations, clicked I understand and you’re complaining that you didn’t know about anything? Sounds ignorant and lazy to me, imo. I deposited 1k, took the 300$ bonus, blew through the 5 time rollover in under a week, and i’m 4.5k richer now because of it. Sent in my card and my DL, and that form, and got the cash wired into my account the next day. No idea what all these complaints are about… maybe betus should make things a bit more blatant so the slower folk can understand…
I could type for the next 5 pages just on the horror stories I have been through trying to get my own money from Betus.com I have wagers pending with them on November 21st, two MMA fights. After which, I will be doing 1 last payout with them (God help me) and closing my account. Betus is not just the worst online sports casino I have ever dealt with. They are the worst company of ANY type I have ever dealt with. If you start an account with them it is a huge mistake.
It’s funny how obvious it is that Jim is an employee of BetUS. This is a perfect example of how they treat their customers – instead of trying to work something out to make them happy, they call them ignorant and lazy.
I’ve noticed this on a few message boards where people have complained about BetUS for various reasons – people like Jim respond with similar stories of how they won thousands of dollars in a few days and received their money immediately. Sorry, but I call BS. Maybe I’m “ignorant and lazy”, but at least I can see through your story.
Maybe instead of making things more blatant so that “slower folks can understand”, BetUS should make things more blantant so that they don’t blindside their customers, even if they are slow, ignorant and lazy. You guys might just notice that it will help your overall business to try to attract and keep these people as customers. I would imagine that the slow, ignorant and lazy people are the worst at placing bets…
Can you prove this big man? Name’s Jim Jones, and I own Laspadas deli in Arizona. Do your research before you toss accusations.
As an added note, I just took the time to read through the terms & conditions (https://www.betus.com/terms-conditions.aspx). I was able to find no mention of rollover requirements if you take a deposit bonus, but there was a mention of rollover if you take a referral bonus. Please let me know if I missed something.
By the way, when you sign up for an account the box is already pre-checked to agree that you have read the terms & conditions – a VERY sketchy and unethical practice.
betus is a scam – deposited $300 – bet $4400 and still can’t get a freaking payout 15 months later. Don’t bother. Deal with the greek only. A real sportsbook. I’ve wasted way to much time on these losers at betus.com
I’m another victim of BETUS not wanting to pay out their customers, citing some illegal nonsense about me not betting enough money to request a payout, even though I never used one single dime of their bonus/freeplay money. My advice to others in this situation is to get your credit card fraud protection involved.
STAY AWAY FROM BETUS!!
Some loser named “Vinnie” answers the phone, gives me the run around, then lies to me and says a supervisor will call back. Still waiting..Try bodog or someone, anyone but BETUS.
BETUS DOES NOT PAY OUT WHEN THEY LOSE.
To all you novice betters like myslef…I will never use BetUS again. I placed a $50 bet on the Saints which paid $45.45 in winnings. Problem is, the only options I have receive the payout is either $25-$50 for a wire transfer OR $40 for a currier check. There goes the winnings. This is a total scam. don’t do it…
Thank You,
Bummed out winner
